CRM Networking Industrial Workshops - Data Science

The Centre de recherches mathématiques (CRM) is organizing several networking events within the framework of the Institutes Innovation Platform (IIP), an initiative of the NSERC.

You are cordially invited to participate in the next event, on the topic of data science.  This event will take place on Monday, March 19, 2018, in Room 6254 of the Pavillon André-Aisenstadt on the Université de Montréal campus. The address of this building (no. 20 on the campus map) is 2920, Chemin de la tour, Campus de l'Université de Montréal.

The workshop is free of charge and will consist of two parts. From 8:45 AM to 12:00 PM, some companies and CRM laboratories will present their research areas and problems. After a lunch offered by the CRM, one-on-one meetings between potential partners will take place.

This networking event is organized as part of a national series of similar events instigated by the Canadian Statistical Sciences Institute (CANSSI).

Please forward this information to your colleagues if you think that the event will be of interest to them.

We would also like you to confirm whether you will be staying for lunch (before Thursday, March 15, 2018) and to mention any food allergies you might have. For any further information, please contact:

— Jean-François Plante, HEC professor
