Registration
In the footsteps of previous FUSION conferences under ISIF sponsorship, the registration will include a one-year complementary ISIF membership.
Lunches are included in the registration, as are breakfasts and 2 break-outs daily. However, the Fusion 2001 banquet dinner is not included and will be held on August 8 in the rotating penthouse restaurant of the Delta hotel, at a cost of $75 CAN (rounded-off to $50US), until all seats are filled. Names and addresses of all active participants will be electronically processed and will be included in a list of participants that will be distributed during the conference. No registration will be made if the form attached as a pdf file is not sent with the payment. Only payment by check (check payable to Centre de recherches mathématiques drawn on Canadian bank only) or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) will be authorized by the Fusion 2001 organization. A receipt will be send to you as soon as your payment has been confirmed. Registration will become effective only after receipt of your payment. One week prior to the conference, registration will not be accepted by fax, mail, e-mail, only at the registration desk on August 6-7 2001. Disclaimer We have done our best in preparing FUSION 2001.
