Exhibitions and sponsorships
An exhibition is planned during the conference. Exhibits spaces have been reserved for exhibitors who want to take the opportunity to present and to promote their latest products during the conference. Exhibition booths can be visited at any time. Two types of exhibition booths will be available: 3*3 square meters, for a cost of CAN$1500 and 2*2 meters for a cost of CAN$1000. These will include a free access to all conference rooms for one person. Special positions are proposed to companies who want to promote their image in a high technology domain, towards potential customers, and high level scientists. Sponsor space pricing and additional perks will be detailed soon on these pages.
