The conference is a gathering of scholars and friends — including both established and junior researchers — to celebrate the many accomplishments of Professor Niky Kamran in the fields of differential geometry, geometric analysis, and mathematical physics on the occasion of his 60th birthday. These accomplishments encompass significant breakthroughs in nonlinear problems re- lated to: general relativity and black holes; exterior differential systems; solvability and invariant theory of partial differential equations; spectra of operators; metrics in Riemannian and pseudo- Riemannian geometry; and other problems at the interface of the geometric, analytic, and physical worlds. We will reflect upon these accomplishments and look to the future of these subjects using Niky's work as inspiration.
