Registration / Inscription

Registration fees will be according to the following:

Until April 5	After April 5
Student: $80 Postdoctoral Fellow: $80 Plenary Speaker: $0 Other: $240	Student: $180 Postdoctoral Fellow: $180 Plenary Speaker: $0 Other: $340

There will be a "survivor's party" held Thursday evening, May 28. All those wishing to participate should indicate on the online registration form the number of tickets required. The cost per ticket is $35 CAN. Online registration has now ended. All new subcription should be done on site, Monday, May 25, 2009.

REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to pelletier@crm.umontreal.ca

1. Cancellations received before May 10, 2009 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 for students and postdoctoral fellows and $50 for others.
2. Cancellations received between May 10 and May 20, 2009 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $40 for students and postdoctoral fellows and $100 for others.
3. Any cancellations received after 11:59 p.m. EDT, May 20, 2009 will not be refunded.

Une "fête des survivants" sera organisée le 28 mai en soirée. Veuillez, si vous désirez y participer, indiquer sur la fiche d'inscription le nombre de billets souhaités. Le coût du billet est de 35 $. L'inscription en ligne est maintenant terminée. Toute nouvelle inscription devra se faire sur place dès lundi 25 mai 2009.

POLITIQUE DE REMBOURSEMENT
Toute demande de remboursement des droits d'inscription doit être soumise par écrit à pelletier@crm.umontreal.ca

1. Les demandes de remboursement reçues avant le 10 mai 2009 seront soumises à une pénalité de 25$ pour les étudiants et les boursiers postdoctoraux et 50$ pour les autres.
2. La pénalité pour les demandes de remboursement reçues entre le 10 et le 20 mai 2009 sera de 40$ pour les étudiants et les boursiers postdoctoraux et 100$ pour les autres.
3. Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé pour les annulations reçues après 23h59 HNE le 20 mai 2009.
