This Seminar is being held with financial support from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the National Programme CRM-Fields-PIMS, McGill University, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, and the Université de Montréal.

The number of participants is limited.  Participation of doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows is particularly encouraged.

Partial financial assistance will be available for some participants.  Priority will be given to graduate students. Requests for participation or financial assistance must be received before February 28, 2001.
