CRM Networking Industrial Workshops - Big Data

In 2015 the Centre de recherches mathématiques (CRM) will organize several
networking events attended by industry representatives and university
researchers. These events take place within the framework of the
Institutes Innovation Platform (IIP), an initiative of NSERC designed to
promote collaborations between industry and mathematicians working in
universities.
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the next event, on the
topic of big data. It is jointly organized by the Institut de Valorisation des Données (IVADO) at Polytechnique. It will take place
on June 8, in room C-631 at the main building of Polytechnique on the campus of the
Université de Montréal. The address of this building (no. 11 on the
campus map) is 2500 Chemin de Polytechnique, Campus de l'Université de
Montréal.

The workshop is free of charge and will consist of two parts. From 8:30 AM to
12:30 PM, some companies and CRM laboratories will present their research
areas and problems. After a lunch offered by the CRM, one-on-one meetings
between potential partners will take place until 3PM.
