The registration fees are payable in Canadian Dollars. They cover the official conference activities including lunches, coffee breaks, a reception on Thursday night and the Friday night banquet.

Cancellations will be accepted before 7 July 2006. The conference fees, minus $30 for processing and fixed costs, will be reimbursed. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER 7 JULY 2006.
