Title:  "Chern-Simons theory and knot invariants"

First lecture, I plan to  review Chern-Simons theory as a theory of knots and links. In the second lecture, I will explicitly work out the polynomials for few knots within SU(2) Chern-Simons theory (colored Jones') and also SU(N) Chern-Simons theory (colored HOMFLY). In the third (final lecture), I will 
discuss some of our recent works on homological invariants.
