Registration and beginning of the workshop
The workshop will start at 9AM on Monday, April 16, 2016, in Room Z-205. The registration kiosk will be located close to this room, on the second floor of Pavilion Z. Breakfast will be available starting at 8:15AM in the same location.
Plenary events
All plenary events will take place in Room Z-205. The problems will be presented during the Monday plenary, from 9AM to 10:30AM. On Tuesday, from 5:15PM to 6PM, all the participants will meet to learn about the progress made by each team. The final presentations will take place on Friday, from 9:30AM to 11:30AM.
Team work
The participants will form teams after the opening plenary. The rooms for team work are available from 8AM to 6PM, from Monday to Thursday. Their numbers are indicated on the problems page.
Schedule of meals and coffee breaks
From Monday to Thursday, breakfast will be served from 8:15AM to 9AM, morning coffee break from 10:30AM to 11AM, lunch from 12:30PM to 1:30PM, and afternoon coffee break from 3:30PM to 4PM.
A reception will be held on Thursday, May 19, in the Goodman Agora (Jean-Coutu Pavilion), from 5:30PM to 7PM.
On Friday, May 20, breakfast will be served from 9AM to 9:30AM and lunch from 11:45AM to 1PM.
