The Stochastic Network Conference is intended to provide all the attendees with lots of oppportunity for research interaction over the 6 days. The approach adopted in previous meetings has therefore been to schedule only a small number of talks on each day. The feedback obtained from previous meetings has been that this has offered a good experience for all concerned. Our meeting, as for the 2002 Stanford meeting, will follow previous practice and will therefore have only 4 invited talks per day.

However, it should be noted that this is an open meeting and that all those with interests in stochastic networks are invited and strongly encouraged to attend. The 2004 Program Committee is anxious to ensure that all the attendees get a chance to participate fully in the meeting. All attendees wishing to do so will therefore get an opportunity to make a (very) short presentation early in the meeting on their current research. This will be implemented through a short presentation (on the order of 2 or 3 minutes), ideally via pre-loaded computer presentation, to give all meeting attendees a short overview of their current research in the stochastic networks domain. This will be followed by a poster session later in the meeting at which all the attendees will get an extended opportunity to talk to poster presenters about their specific research findings.

If you wish to make a very short presentation (on the order of several minutes) on your current work in the stochastic networks domain, and to participate in the conference poster session, please fill out the following form.
