The members of the North American mathematical community are invited to submit proposals for activities related to the theme. Expressions of interest for individual workshops or other activities should be directed directly to one of the institutes (AIM, AARMS, BIRS, CRM, DIMACS, Fields, IMA, IPAM, MBI, MITACS, MSRI, NIMBioS, PIMS, SAMSI). The joint North American scientific committee will consider the proposals of joint thematic activities.
