If you need a Visa and have an accepted presentation or have registered, or both (better), you can send your details (including the title of your presentation) to Marie Perreault (marie.perreault@gerad.ca) and she will send you an official letter of confirmation and invitation for the conference. This is usually sufficient to obtain the Visa.
