Call for contributions to the special issue of mathematics and Computers in Simulation - Submit your manuscript

Abstracts for all contributed talks should be submitted by March 6, 2017 at the Symposia web site.

Each abstract should fit on one page and include the title of the talk, the name, affiliation, web page (or email address) of the speaker, the names and affiliations of other authors (if any), and a summary of the talk with enough information to assess the relevance and novelty of the results. All abstracts must be in English. Please use the LaTeX template mcm17-template.tex and upload both the .tex and .pdf files when submitting your abstract. The .tex file should be self-contained. It will be used to construct the program. Notification of acceptance will be given by March 17 (or earlier, for early submissions).

Except for the invited plenary speakers, all talks will be 30 minutes long including questions and discussion.

Proposals for special thematic sessions (of either 3 or 4 talks) are also welcome. They should be submitted to the conference chair as early as possible and no later than January 20, 2017. They should contain a short description of the theme and scope of the session, the name of the organizer, and the names of the proposed speakers. You may want to use the following LaTeX template or just send a email with all the information. Notification of acceptance will be given by February 3, 2017. The deadline for the abstracts of talks in proposed sessions is the same as for the contributed talks. The organizer of each accepted thematic session will create his session in the Symposia web site. After that, each author will submit its abstract using the same site, procedure, and template as for the contributed talks, but directly in the proposed session. *The deadline to propose special sessions has passed. 20 special sessions have been accepted.*
