SIDE 12 Conference will take place at the Hotel Le Chantecler, located in Sainte-Adèle, about 100 km north of Montreal. This resort hotel and convention center will provide an intimate setting for the conference.

The hotel also offers many opportunities for various activities. The lectures will begin on Monday, July 4, and will end at the end of the afternoon on Friday, July 8, 2016.

For the duration of the meeting, accomodation at the Hotel Le Chantecler is $895 CAD /person (double occupancy) or $1270 CAD /person (single occupancy), taxes and service included. This includes the room and three meals per day.

A shuttle will travel from Montreal to the hotel on Sunday, July 3 and back to Montreal on Saturday, July 9, 2016.
