In the week from the 16th to the 20th of June, the participants may park their car in the Saint-Urbain parking lot at the cost of 50$ for the whole week. A weekly pass will be given to the participants upon arrival at the reception of the Residence. The persons who wish to have such a weekly pass must inform the organizers in advance.
Important: for those participants who are receiving financial support from the Conference, please keep all your receipts (airline ticket invoices, boarding passes, bus tickets from and to the airport, long distance calls and hotel bills, etc.). This will facilitate reimbursement.
